learning with and from each other
The Student Blogging Challenge is here again! We’re a little late getting through the first couple of challenges, but please bear with us because we’ll be catching up really soon. It’s always a bit tough for us to get going with our blogging so quickly at the beginning of the year because we don’t start the school year until September, the same time the Fall Challenge starts.
Our first task is an important one: Why is it worthwhile to spend time exploring our blog? What do we offer our readers? Our class has come up with a lot of great answers for you, but before we spend time sharing them we thought it was only fair to let you know what you won’t see on the Ripple Effect. We would never want you to feel like you’ve wasted your time here.
So , since you’ve already spent at least 45 seconds reading this post, we’ll get right to the point. We can say with great certainty that we do not or will not have any posts on the following topics:
So, if you are looking for information on any of the above topics, we’re very sorry we couldn’t help you. However …
Are you still wondering why our blog is worth visiting? According to this year’s Ripplers, this is the place to find out more about how you can use Web 2.0 tools, to learn about what we’ve been up to in class, to see how we’re becoming Internet savvy, and of course … how blogging can be used to build community, connect with others and engage writers. Sounds like a great place to us!
If you’d like to read more reasons, you can also visit the wallwisher created by last year’s class, 27+ Reasons to Visit Our Blog. While you are there, feel free to add your reason for visiting us.
We hope you enjoy exploring our blog and sharing in our adventures with it. Come back soon!
